Cancellation & Refund Policy for


At Artecraftz, our utmost priority is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a seamless online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary due to various reasons. Therefore, we have crafted the following cancellation and refund policy to assist you in such circumstances:


Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order might have already been processed and shipped.

2. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone call with your order details.

3. A cancellation request will be processed only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

4. In case the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the return policy mentioned below.


Refund Policy:

1. If your cancellation request is approved and your payment has been processed, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 working days.

2. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions such as shipping charges, transaction fees, etc., as applicable.

3. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed directly to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

4. For payments made through cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be initiated via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after confirming the customer's bank details.

5. In case of a refund, you will be notified via email or phone call regarding the refund status and when to expect the funds to be credited to your account.


Return Policy:

1. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return request.

2. Upon approval of your return request, you will be provided with a return shipping address.

3. The product must be carefully packed and returned in its original packaging, along with all the accessories and tags.

4. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product received was significantly different from the one ordered or was damaged/defective.

5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or replacement process as per your request.
